They move on quickly - From the few Virgo's I've known (Men and women) it seems they've already got someone lined up before making any exit plans from their current relationship.

We most likely won't leave until there's no hope for the relationship. And so no hope=no future=no lingering thoughts of "what if"=move on. If there's still something there, we might stay.
From my experience it's quick at least they make it seem that way.
At least for me I move on pretty quickly. If something no longer serves me, then I'm out.
