I find many issues and contradictions within my own natal chart. A lot of fire and earth signs run rampant in my chart, and this causes a lot of friction when I try to interact with people. This is especially the case with my Sun, Moon, and Rising signs. I have a Sun in Virgo, Moon in Sagittarius and a Virgo Rising. I never know which sides of me to let play out in any given situation. Sometimes I feel the urge to do something wild and ridiculous just for the sake of doing it (I think they're called unbidden thoughts) other times I wish to stand back and observe to watch for when I'll be needed. It all feels so complicated and sometimes I wish to incorporate aspects of both of my signs into a situation (which never seems to go well). I sometimes just wish I had a space where I could do both, and sometimes neither and be all right. I find I'm either walking the Sagittarius road or the Virgo road and walking down the middle seems to fall flat for me :p Does anyone have any advice regarding this matter? Any similarities? (Also happy belated birthday to any Virgos reading this.

Oh God yes. Virgo sun Sag mars. They are times where I'm relaxed and calm on the outside but I'm doing cart wheels on the inside lol.

I've learned not to kill my own buzz. There is no point in denying that part of myself. It's better to just redirect it and put some rules on myself, Structure. A long leech rather then a cage.

Actually today has been a cartwheel day for me🙃

Edit: My number 1 issue with myself is continuing and following through with something/someone when I've lost interest. Out of sight out of mind is very true for me.

This could not be more true for me. There are so many hobbies that I've just picked up (usually in the arts) and then just dropped from lack of continued interest. Writing, Dancing, Music, Drawing, Learning Languages, Travelling, etc. I can start everything with no effort and to finish something is like pulling teeth for me.

I also feel the "Out of sight out of mind" bit. It's usually helpful for me as I have many empathetic qualities and it usually ends up being harmful for me... until I'm removed from the situation.

I find it difficult to find a good rhythm going with others. My energy ends up being polarizing and I think other people can sense that. My "buzz" is really weird I feel. It's like I focus on all these things, all these stable positive things that I'll plan for days, months, sometimes even YEARS. Then in one second I'll just decide I should have the freedom to do whatever I want, and then will ruin a carefully cultivated plan that was years in the making. Then I just kind of develop this nihilistic point of view. Where I crave freedom to do spontaneous things but want stability in the same breath. I think my natal chart is just broken haha

I think you need to categorize them..

Virgo rising for strangers

Virgo sun regardless with whomever/wherever

Sag moon for your closest confidants

I feel with astrology that's not a perfect science (or however you would categorize astrology haha). I sometimes want to push forward my Sagittarius traits with friends. Sometimes I wish to be a Virgo when I'm alone. Sometimes I want to show both traits to strangers. It's a bit hard to just box off myself like that. I feel I am multi-faceted (as most people are) and usually stuck somewhere between the two (though with a stronger pull to Virgo).

My ex was a Virgo rising/Sun with a Leo Moon sq Pluto. She was earthy/composed almost all the time but there was definitely a fire bubbling under the surface, which she'd hide from general view...unless she started drinking, in which case it would come out in spades, because she always repressed it 95% of the time. She could be pretty damn unpredictable/impulsive if she drank a lot.

Honestly if I'm drunk I'm pretty much a emboldened Sagittarius. I'm trying to spread merriment to everyone, even if they don't want. Either that or I'm just VERY friendly and flirtatious.

my ex is a virgo sun/ sag moon. he never knew how to act. he struggled with similar feelings. his virgo sun would be mortified by the mess his sag moon created.

sun sq moon is a tough aspect to live with. you can feel one way, one day & the next day, completely flip sides.

I only create messes on the weekend every 1-2 months when I allow myself to drink. Although, I feel my life in general is a shit show so I'm not even sure my Sag Moon could ruin it THAT much.
