Interesting Update

Hi All,

Ha - going back to my posting about my "Virgo Ascendent" female friend a few weeks ago..... a quick update:

I left my job this past week for a new one. Before I left my job, I met with and talked to a lot of friends/co-workers. I also had lunch with the gal in question on my last day at my old job.

Some of my co-workers also had some drinks with my after work on my last day. My female friend wasn't invited initially, but someone else asked her.

She mentioned it to me and I told her "it was up to her" if she wanted to come or not. I know she is reserved so perhaps drinking with a lot of folks (mostly guys) isn't her ideal thing.

I wasn't really expecting her to show up, but show up she did. 🙂

One of the other guys at the resturant almost immediately said something real interesting to me: "You know, we always try to get her to come out to these things and she never comes. So you must be real "special"."

I know he was half joking, but it was an interesting insight into the mind of my friend. While we're not exactly going anywhere fast.......well, I think I've made some progress with her. Let's see where we go. 🙂
