Over friendly Virgal?

I have been friends with a virgo woman for over three years. She is with someone and although they're having issues, are trying to work it out.

Yes I like her, but would not make a move and try to wreck their relationship.

Here's my question: We work in the same department and she seeks me out to help if needed and gets into my personal zone a lot i.e. touch, stands very close, gives compliments and an occasional gifts.

Not sure if I should consider this flirting or being very friendly?

That would show poor character on both of us. Would rather let it evolve on it's own. Just wish she would crap or get off pot!
