what I perceive to be me doing yoga...others do not lol
basically I cant do most of the poses...very uncoordinated and non flexible (yes I know over time flexibility will happen, but I will still be uncoordinated haha)

My sis is always checking ingredients labels and another used to be a vegeterian, lol, and the other one day made a list for no reason of everything she "wouldn't" eat. I have no idea why. But they are all dif of course. And the one who used to be a vegeterian, eats anything now. *shrugs shoulders*click to expand
LOL! My mom is a vegetarian too. Not only does she need to know the ingredients, she also needs to know where it comes from. You see some ingredient are better grown in some places rather than others, pure logic you see. Oh and then there are those goddamn organic things like shampoos and stuff. She hates everything that has any chemical in it. God I can tell you stories which would make you bleed. But I still love dem crazy virgos!

My mom loves food too but it has to be a Grade A healthy preparation. Anything short of the required standard would be criticized severely. My poor Libran father barely survived my mom. 😄

There, I think it was also referred to at some point in time as trans fats. Most stuff you buy in the supermarket, particularly ready to cook food, fast foods etc have it. Extremely unhealthy and dangerous in the long run.
