Virgo and Pisces

I don't understand her. This Virgo girl always keep staring at me and even start smiling (She have a very beautiful smile). When we were in school, at class whenever I got a test and we received our results she would come and look at my grades.

Now, we worked at the same place for different companies. The first time she saw me she was thier staring at me. There are these carousels, 6 of them. I was at carousel 2 and she was at carousel 4 and she came over at my carousel and look at the bag tag and then looks at me and went over to carousel 4 and start staring at me. Then after couple days later she looks if she sees me b4 and when she realise i saw her she would hold her head straight. Every time i see her is like its hard to go talk. I need some advise on this situation. Plz.... I'm a Pisces...
