To the OP,
There is Confidence and then there is Arrogance.
Sometimes in order to be around other people, imposing the ultimatum pathway of - My way or the highway. will rarely resolve any issue, it will either build resentment or cause others to harbour negative emotions (close up, be non receptive/defensive) because it shows a person unwilling to at least listen, and a quality/active listener can make a world of difference, it means the individual is open to work at what is there, with the other individual, as a team, to reach a compromise.
It is not about change per, but being open and receptive of the opinion, advice or commentary of others, to have be a bigger person enough to not only want to be right.

AVG what folks are tryna say and what I am saying from my own experiences and my multitude of friends that I have been able to learn from.
You have to be able to compromise and even change outright (when you find out you have been a total ass) to hold onto a relationship. It requires letting go of self to an extant, like I am not suggesting that you take every suggestion as law, lets be real sometimes people will and should adjust to you, however there are times where you really do have to examine your behavior and see if it is fair for the other person who (if you are like most Virgos) have so many demands on them.

I never said we were anything of the sort, I have been on the boards for an appreciable amount of time, the tendency to make recommendations on male behavior is prevalent throughout the forum.
As for the core self...if you are not willing to change and it doesn't hurt anyone you care about it, oh well carry on I suppose.

I'm curious what threads you are referring too AVG. I have seen many and I do many females come to complain that the Virgos aren't meeting the expectations they have placed on them, haven't so much seen this "trying to mold you like clay"..
I see a ton of women whom don't understand Virgos period and they make statements out of their asses about what they assume and what they expect.. most of those females are lusting from afar, will most likely never understand, you either get Virgos or you don't. They aren't some jigsaw puzzle to figure out, yet many project those impressions onto the Virgos and expect them to be some grand puzzle.
You be you, is what I say to everyone I meet. I lose respect to those that "blend or mesh" to become something other than they are to appease their partner. I am with you because of who you are, not because who I think you should be. Don't mold, bend or conform into someone else. Be you! I think that's what you are trying to say....perhaps not, but in a positive light, that's what i'm taking from your posts.
