Virgo senior at work said I'm strong.

So Virgo Senior said I'm strong... and then made a statement that I was scolding some juniors over the phone to explain why he thought I am strong. I felt awkward and found myself defending myself.

And then he said.. no you have to do that... she's strong he said again to both our bosses.

I don't know if he was being genuine or indirectly telling I've become this way.

What do you have against being considered strong— Don't know why him being a Virgo is relevant, but I guess he could've said instead that you were bossy, a dictator, a tyrant, a bully, controlling, closed minded, etc. Need I say more?? Strong is good..

I thought he was saying that I have become a bully in an indirect way. 😂
