Virgo's and Complaining

I'm asking this honestly and without judgement btw.

It's just that two Virgo females I know - my sister and one of my closest friends - tend to complain a lot. Or "whinge" as I like to say.

My friend is the worst, whenever I call/text/see her and ask how she's been doing she's all tales of woe about this and that. But it's never major stuff like "my boyfriend/husband left me, my house has been repossessed, I've been diagnosed with a terminal illness" etc. etc. It's really trivial stuff by anyone's standards.

My sister is pretty much the same, always complaining about how hard her life is despite the fact that her life is a bed of roses compared to most.

Yes I know this is only two people but it got me wondering, especially seeing as neither have faced any real sort of hardship.

So Virgo's, are these isolated cases or do Virgo's (or maybe I should have said female Virgo's specifically) generally like a good moan?

Oh and I'm not saying we all don't like a good moan now and again but it just seems to be constant

Perfectionists moan about small trivial things.

My life is great, save for a few nuances here and there, Thank God.

I personally can't stand people who complain all the time and do nothing about it, but yes, lots of Virgos complain.

One of my roommates and good friends, who is a virgo as well, tends to complain a lot. To be fair, she generally does have a lot on her plate 24/7, so I don't mind her complaining too much because I empathize with her. Myself, I often want to complain, but I generally don't like it, so I keep it to myself. I also have low tolerance for complaining. I only really vent to one person in particular.

I think virgos do complain, but only because they take on so much at once and they never feel their work is good enough; or, they are feeling extremely overwhelmed from all the work they have and the expectations they have for themselves/others. This doesn't really justify their complaining; it's just what causes it most likely.

The perfectionist comment could well apply to my sister. She feels like she has to excel at everything and tends to be quite hard on herself so perhaps it's more just frustration on her part.

My friend, I dunno she's probably one of the most unmotivated people I know. Likes to moan about things but doesn't try to do much about what it is that's making her so pissed off.

Anyway I wasn't out to bash or generalise, I just don't have much experience of Virgo's other than these two so I was just curious.

I actually don't have any Pisces in my circle of friends so I can't really comment on that. I know personally that I can complain the same as everything else, I just prefer to try and do something about it.

They do like to complain. However, if you need someone a pisces will almost always be there for you, they may complain about it though. Sometimes I think it may be more humorous to them then the rest of us take it. Also they like the feeling that you need them and are generally non-conformist and so am I. I tend to actually get along with them pretty well.

pisces are SOO "woe is me!!" like seriously youg uys... you think virgos are bad.. do NONE of you live around pisces— i live with three of them, theyre awful. they get so stressed over the stupidest little things, theyre such wimps. im a strong virgo who can go the distance, the exact opposite of the incompetent pisces, i take the weight of the world on my shoulders and continue on with my life just perfectly, even carrying that weight

I never complain, my major problems had been resolved back in the past, and theres no need to mention them to anyone. In fact, I never talk about "myself" with people...no intentions of doing so either. I guess I'm an enigma with the many hats, but I rather be the "chameleon" then the cold-hearted, boring, perfectionist bitch.

I always stear people for the better good of themselves rather than the better good of their unnessary wants.

Pisces and their crying; I've seen those crocodile tears far too often, I'm never impressed when they talk about their successful failures. Yet, I have met pisces who complain because they are in a real serious problem, which I help them solve.

My sister is Virgo, my ex also. She rarely complains unless things are quite bad. He bore so much with stoicism, then unleashed it.

Quite true. I don't even bother talking about myself unless someone asks. If there is a conversation going where I can put in some input regarding my personal life, I'll do that, but besides that, I'm pretty much an enigma. A friend of mine told me that even though he knew me for ages, he still felt like he didn't know me. hahahaha

This site is probably the only exception where I can give input on my experiences (because that what this site is for "Helping people" *I guess*), but to go around and tell people what it is i do in the REAL life...I rather be joking or going to social events (you may not agree) than sitting around talking about financial problems, relationship problems and so fourth...

Yet, I don't mention my problems to people because I can manage my own situations (faults) without the advice of others, but I can give advice to those who stumble across the same situation that i have back in the past, and they (friends and family) end up amazed with how i solve my problems, so they do it and get themselves out of the mix...

You don't move your life .. you wait for people to make your life for you, and when your life doesn't hold up to what you expect it to be .. you complain about it.

Easy. Why state something indirectly. If "I" have to say something then "I" say it. No need to say... "Why do people do this" or "why are people like this" or in dxp sense "why are virgos like this" or "why are scorpios like that"...

There is no intention in involving people when "I" want to get across what "I" have to say without involving people.

For the first portion, I see most virgos prefer everyone to be very upfront and honest with them. Virgos hate uncertainty, and that uncertainty is something that can make virgos complain. Not that virgos aren't guilty of being passive/agressive (most virgos I know, including myself, don't enjoy confrontation), but we also pretty honest in what we give out. We'd just rather handle our shit in a calm manner.

Myself personally, I don't enjoy relying on other people to get things going in my life. Of course, I need input sometimes and someone to take the lead so I know where I'm going, but I'm rather independent and take the initiative the majority of the time. I'm more comfortable making and living up to my own mistakes than having someone do everything for me. When we rely on people, its mostly to help us further ourselves with a helping hand, and we expect everyone to live up to our expectations in the roles we set for him or her. Most virgos rely on themselves, so when we actually look to someone else for something and that person doesn't live up to it, it can be devastating (and often, they aren't for trivial things).

I know I complain a lot. I really don't care about it cause the amount of bullshit I have to put up with in this life, If I die because of it I am haunting everyone I can think of. I can hear my Gem friend in the background "Stay focus, Lesa" and me saying back "don't tell me to stay focus, I have been kicked out twice this year by the my landlord and facing being kicked out again this month, I have a son with autism who has caused me nothing but insanity by running away, extreme temper tantrum, breaking windows and now I have lost my damn job because I have to keep taking time off to keep going back and forth to the hospital with him. NOW, I'm jobless and about to be homeless all in a matter of four months. SO DON'T TELL ME TO STOP COMPLAINING, CAUSE YOU DON'T HAVE THE STRESS OF TAKING CARE OF A CRAZY KID AND MENTALLY CRAZY MOTHER AND LAZY SISTER. I HAVE EVERY RIGHT TO FUCKING COMPLAIN!!!! So, you want to go grab cocktail mixer and vodka and go back to your house and watch that movie I got last week".... Him: "sigh". "Yea, lets go"

I dunno about virgos complaining, but I'm about to kick my virgo brothers ass since he becoming a damn clepto!!!!!
