VirgoFun, I am a Virgo with Capricorn rising, BUT moon in Cancer.....but as for having sun virgo and Libra rising, it means that you outlook of life will probably be one (just speculating) surrounded, and involved with love, partnerships, and just the typical libran temperment.

I was born on 9-22-81.But i was born a month premature.Apparently i was supposed to be born in October.And i was born on the time of 6:15 p.m.Is there any chance i was born with a libra moon ?
