What's with all the ——??

I have a male virgo as a friend .We get down from time to time.He questions me to death when we do hook up or talk over the phone. I'm not for questioning a person that's just me . When I do answer him. He gives me a look. Help , why is he questioning me so much if we are just friends. Or should I end our friend ship now!
