when a Virgo says sorry...

Honestly, I have never had a male Virgo ever apologize to me even when they were at fault. I don't know if it's because they are men or Virgo's or both. It's just what it is.

I'm sure there are male Virgo's on this board who are more confident in themselves and can say "I'm sorry" and mean it. I think perhaps it's more about the person's self esteem
than his sign. I know some guy's feel weak if they apologize to a woman. I don't think of them as weak; I see it as a strength. I'm lucky because I am married to a man who has that strength.

Virgos don't really apologize because they can justify most anything. It's a major issue for anyone to get into a relationship with one because of this; issues cannot be resolved if fault is not seen, acknowledged, or understood.

It's not what you say, but how you say it. If you state your point simply and calmly, you'll generally get the response you're looking for. Virgos show their affection for their acquaintances, friends and loved ones by paying attention to the little details, and that includes knowing about and making accommodations for all your pet peeves.

If you go the brute-force approach of a public and/or emotional accusation, however, you won't get anywhere. Earth sign 101.

a) we're not going to apologize for what we recognize as YOUR problem(s)
b) because we are ALWAYS right... if not in whole at least in part
c) other people have a POV— *scratches head*

As a Cap woman who last dated a Virgo, I was always the one apologizing for everything. If he ever did apologize, it would be something like 'I'm sorry you misunderstood me', which really isn't much of an apology.

Still love Virgos, but from experience I think they tend to not take criticism well and don't apologize often.

There are exceptions, there always are; but in general, this is the case.

my virgo only said sorry when i said " ok you wont admit it? fine ill believe you but May the God of Karma blast your Ass a million times in case you are lying to me ."

I get the useless " Im so sorry I would never do it Again" everytime i pull up the Karma card.

Its not because he's a virgo that he wont say sorry its just because he was a liar who thought he can get away with anything.

But i do use the guilt trip knowing that he is a virgo who has a habit of worrying.

This Virgo guy I've been with for a while has always made sexual jokes about a friend of mine. I'm not that close with her but he met her one time. He has joked about other too but I see it's just jokes and he knew that they bothered me. He told me, and wondering if some Virgo male could confirm that the more someone is bothered by something when you know they shouldn't be - the more you do it. Is this true? Is this a trait of Virgo? Last night I told him I had enough of this same stupid joke and that it was making me uncomfortable. He said SORRY. I won't bother you. - I have almost never heard him apologize for anything.
