You need to explain her side of the story better.
Without knowing that part, it looks like you are constantly walking on eggshells with a moody girl who knows you will bend to her.
If that is what is happening then stop. If someone's acting unreasonable don't chase them with apologies. You said here she thinks no one can make mistakes and that
