This is true. My brother and I are both virgos. We are always somewhere wrapped up in our minds tuning out what's going on in the outside world. I wouldn't take it too personal. If he's really interested he will be around. You can try calling him out on it but it might not change a thing.

we texted back and forth for a few days and it seemed to be going well, he seemed eager to talk to me, and then he just stopped responding really or would give like brief responses/not even half the effort he made the first few days.
