why are virgos considered a mutable sign? organization and perfection dont exactly seem to be "mutable" lol

I never quite understood that either. I mean, I have a lot of "fixed" signs in me too, so that could be another reason too, lol.

Virgos are mutable because we adapt to our physical environment. Virgo being earth sign show its mutability through action that is why a lot virgos are laid back or give that vibe. A virgo can adapt to being dead broke where as a cap or Taurus would just die. That because cap is carnal and carnal energy has to do with power and money fixed sign are stuck in their ways that's why taurus always act like its their way or the high way. Virgo can be alone or be the center of attention ether way does not bother the virgo. He will adapt to the environment as needed. Perfect example is Micheal Jackson off stage he was nervous and kept to him self but on stage he became a new person. Also virgos will adapt to any person they are in contact with if you have close virgo friends you will see this. You will start to notice that their behavior changes to match the people that they are interacting with.

I noticed growing up, I had the ability to change and relate to different people in different situations.

I could easily hang with the nerds and bad boys in the same day.

Though I prefer intellectuals, peace and quiet that doesn't prevent me from having a good time if I went to a club.

Beyonce is another very popular Virgo entertainer that seems much more private and quiet in her personal life, yet turns it ON when she hits the stage.

Virgos are very adaptable, and in relationships they seem to be much more interested in knowing who you are, to please you, then putting on their display "this is who I am."

My Virgo sister and I were talking a few days ago about how her Leo and Capricorn friends took her under their wings and transformed her style of dress. She was more into jeans and sneakers, and when she started hanging with them they introduced her to dresses and heels, and its been that ever since and she's been grateful for that.

They don't seem as easily offended at people suggesting change, which fixed signs don't "seem" offended either but you'll "think" you are getting through to some of them only to realize weeks/months later you've been getting absolutely no where, and with many Cardinals we are instantly offended/hurt at any suggestions. We take it personal because we believe we already know everything. Virgos are much different.

Exactly. I had friends in high school from all walks of life.

If you asked someone, who did wgamador2 hang with in High school....the answer would be: everyone.

YES! Caught me off guard.

I have a hard time of letting stuff go and thats why i was confused because i felt like if virgo is mutable why is it so necessary to hold onto stuff that really doesnt matter.
