Wondering why people bash us Virgo any answers
I am PICKY, PRUDISH and a PERFECTIONIST and I'm quite PROUD to be so.
I am NARROW MINDED I try to see the good in people. I try to overlook their flaws at times and accept them as is. To help them. I get used a lot.
People hate on us because of our super abilities.
We can manipulate faster than a speeding bullet.
Detach any emotion we feel, even those the size of a locomotive.
Able to make others heart leap in a single bound.
Hahahahaa, you know it's true.

Cajun ur funny man and what your saying is true bout us Virgos i acknowledge my traits to A T all the time but times I'm afraid to tell people my sign cuz sum people are so quick to jump ship when they hear that your a Virgo like a speeding bullet lol.

thanks skys that's sometimes that's how i feel but your right sometimes i think people picks on the Virgo sign nothing personal against other signs tho.

Virgos are easy targets to pick on, because of how awesome we are, how high our standards are and how much we strive to be the best.
We are guilty of picking apart everyone else. So it would be an easy choice to put the spotlight on us.

Virgos have mega high standards higher then a graph bar in everything we do its crazy but i guess we are born under Virgo
sun for a reason huh i guess now dat i think about I'm happy to be born a Virgo we have great analytical minds dat can either help or destroy people and i guess all Virgo suns have a purity purpose to fulfill before we leave the planet.

thanks DwellingOnMove your right i'm saying dat Virgos always are picked on we are always attacked by most signs and Virgos don't really care because we are modest half of the time and realistic so people get mad cuz we can picked them apart real bad with just wit and words alone.
To answer your question .. there are many reasons why I might get irritated with a Virgo. What comes to mind at the moment is the fact that most are a lot like Joey on friends.
Sense comes ... it just takes awhile.
More often than I would like to have happen .... when I want my Virgo to understand a point, then it has to be explained to him through making an example with an episode that has happened in his life that is similar, so he can recognize how it might feel.
Otherwise, it wouldn't dawn on him to attempt to put himself in another person's place to try and find any real truth ....... without making him do it, he would make his assessment based on what is practical, absent of the human emotional factor being in place which slants their perception.
When I pull from his past, an episode in which he experienced that was similar .... only then is he able to understand the other person's position = lacks empathy.

The existence of this thread is evidence that "care" is present.
See above as I described my Virgo ... and you will find your answer as to why you care about how you are viewed by others, while thinking you don't care, and are confused as to why you can't reason this out.
You have to be shown .... to walk in anothers shoes will never dawn on you otherwise. That's not saying it isn't possible .. it's saying you will never think beyond your own conclusions to consider that there is one to even consider beyond your own .... that is, until your shown and then the light goes off.
I'm not exactly sure why this happens ... it just does.
Virgo's have a tremendous capacity for understanding .... the trick is to get them to use empathy stemming from their own human experiences to realize that this is in existence for all of life. Unfortunately, after exposing them to humanity, they will retreat back .... and not be able to process the experiences of others as being human until you show them again. 😢
I kind of agree with you here P-Angel. I think it's because we Virgos usually feel so different from everyone else. It can come as a shock that others can actually feel as we do, or that we have anything at all in common with other people.
Another reason people pick on us is because we are open to it. Leos would never stand for being criticized like Virgos are. Cancers feelings would be so hurt no one would dare do it to them. When you criticize a Virgo, they tend to examine it dispassionately just like anything else, and if it seems to be true, they will admit to it. This encourages the criticizers.
Another reason Virgos are unpopular is that nobody likes having their mistakes and imperfections pointed out. People tend to blame the messenger. But so often, Virgo just can't help but mention. I myself have learned after almost 6 decades on this earth to just shut up about it most of the time. No one wants to know.
The two situations where I do allow myself to express criticism is with my children - because I feel like it is my job as their parent to correct their mistakes - but they hate me for it, even while they take it to heart. So even there I have learned (well, I try) to surround it with lots of praise, positive reinforcement, and sympathy.
And at work, where a lot of my job depends on seeing and rooting out errors and flaws, and I am valued for that ability. But even there, people hate their mistakes to be pointed out, and I try to be extremely diplomatic and positive in my delivery. As my coworkers often say, "You have this uncanny way of always being right - damn you!"
The antidote is to be just as self-critical as we are critical of others. Virgos excel at that. Any Virgo who isn't self-critical must simply feel so bad about themselves that they can't even begin to face it. But most are extremely willing to admit fault. This endears us to people, and partially compensates for our being so annoying.

Gonna have to totally agree with you there on that one, I think I'm getting better at it now since I have children but I'm still learning hey!
I don't understand why people bash on Virgos either, they are my favorite of all the Earth signs and one of my favorites in the Zodiac in general. Virgo women are so sweet and fun to talk to, because they don't just do the talking they listen too(like Pisces women). Though I have said some negative things about Virgo men, I don't really mean it, it's my pride that's getting in the way.
Virgo men are my favorite, I even like them better than the other Fire signs. Because Virgo men are manly men (which I love), yet they can also show some sense of compassion and (for a lack of better phrasing) a "take care of you" sort of guy. I don't know maybe I'm delusional, I know Virgo men are not perfect but they're pretty damn close. I think with the Virgo man you get the both of best worlds, but at the same time you're not stuck with a wet towel (i.e. water sign men). Also most do care about their appearance therefore I get to have my cake and eat it too 😛.
