Cappy-Aqua cusp?
My birthday is the 17th, and I've never been 100% sure either. I've always felt like a cusp, but there are a lot of differentiating dates. I've seen two dates that point to yes, though. So I'd go with that. :-)

I asked this before on the astrology board,but I only got like two answers that were maybe's. So I thought I'd take a shot and ask here. Ive looked online and get different answers,so I dont know which is right.
My birthday is January 18,I just want to know if I'm considered to be on the cusp,or if its actually the day of the transition of the signs?
