Cap in Saturn transit and changes of property

Hello Fellow Capricorn, I am trying to sell my property urgently and buy a new one at the same time. I need to sell my property ASAP. We are now in the Saturn transit. Will this transit help my property sale? Thanks for any input.

Get a knowledgeable agent and keep the list price reasonable to entice a larger market. For example if your goal is a 515k maybe list 499k so that people searching for under 500k won’t miss your property.

Again talk to your agent but you can do incentives for a fast closing like covering 50% of closing if it’s 30days and under.
