well you know how each modality has a sign that represents that the most...for Cardinals it's Capricorn.

They seem more business focused and serious than the Suns at least presenting themselves that way. Suns can be more aloof or goofy depending on the mood, while risings are scary goatfish people until you're exposed to them to the point they're more comfy.
