I hate to say this folks but I'm gonna say it again. Libra is the strongest sign. It is only considered weak when its in the ascendant mainly because Libra ascendants can't make decisions on their own without some kind of seal of approval. They are vulnerable if left alone to make decisions. They do what you call fence-sitting. That's not to mention being indecisive. Libra sun ain't nothing at all like that.
