I hate to say this folks but I'm gonna say it again. Libra is the strongest sign. It is only considered weak when its in the ascendant mainly because Libra ascendants can't make decisions on their own without some kind of seal of approval. They are vulnerable if left alone to make decisions. They do what you call fence-sitting. That's not to mention being indecisive. Libra sun ain't nothing at all like that. And I'm talking about libras I know in person and the vast majority of libras in the world. Not going by celebrities. You guys will be surprise to actually know Libra suns are capable of being strong leaders and don't need help making decisions and can hold their ground. Libras are talkers of the zodiac.
