What is your experiences with having someone's moon in your 1st house or aspected (mainly the conjunction) your ASC? I'd like to hear more so from the men folk when they are the moon but everyone is welcome to comment.

I have the experience as a Cap Ascendant with a Cap Moon male.
Each sign in this synastry is different. For example this is a Saturn connection. As the Moon reps the mother, Cap Moons in general are very hard, cold, and judgemental towards their mother. Mother seeking approval from their child...but, a cold mother no less. He was the kid that swore at and to his mother and she showed no concern.
As a Cap Ascendant, my 7th house is Cancer. 7th house also reps in-laws. So far true...three times that I knew their mother's sign. My Virgo hubby's mom was a Cancer. This Cap Moon's mom was a Cancer.
I saw through him to his core, even when he threw up the Cap wall. People talk about Scorp stares but Cap Asc., Sun, Moon will look through you.
We talked feelings as thought. We opened up in the dark. The Saturn connection was unsettling at times. I felt unsettled under his stare. The strongest spiritual connection but then a pull back when time to go deeper into what I clearly knew he felt in a more needy sense.
It was very sexual and very spiritual but there was something missing.
His Moon and Venus were in my 1st house and he LOVED my body, scent and all. He actually did a double-take when he saw me in a crowd and made a bee line. This intense whole body love was unsettling.
I got tired of connecting so deeply spiritually knowing he was in love but not being real about it. But, as a Cap Ascendant I really preferred not. It was just I felt he was tormenting himself whereas normally this would annoy the woman equally. It felt like he wanted me to feel what he felt first...like I was actually the colder one.
So funny... one time he tried to manipulate me into competing with a girlfriend who just died... that's Saturn connection for you. Compete with the dead.

Moon conjunct Asc. This guy I was seeing was the moon. Moon/Asc in Virgo. We were both very attracted to each other right away. He definitely opened up to me more than I did to him (but I just naturally don’t open up very easily). We were never officially together, but we would run to each other on and off for years. I like talking to him. We just never have and never will end up together because we live in different countries so it would never work out.
My ex and I had the same sign but no conjunction.

Interesting.
This Sag guys scorp moon is exactly conjunct my ASC...even tho we haven't met...we get weird vibes about each other. Like a couple times ...he's popped in my head and then boom...he ends up messaging me. I'm like...I was just thinking about you and he's said the same...could be a coincidence but who knows. His Scorp Venus tho is in my 12th house.... probably be a lot of fog or if something ever came about in a romantic sense...I probably wouldn't believe him. So it would be very plutonian. Figures lol.
I really dig the vibe of moon in someone's 1st house....it's a very familiar, comfortable feeling tho.click to expand

I have a feeling this aspect would lead to the running to each other all the time...like the moon puts a lot on the other emotionally....which I guess could be good too.click to expand

Not conjunct but my Scorp friends moon is in my first house.
Based on what he told me he liked me the moment we met and got the feeling that I would be good for him and hence initated.
Don't know much that helps but that's all I can contribute.

Yep works for me. I don’t know how to say this in the right way without it sounding off, but it does seem in my experience like the 4,5 cancer risings I have encountered have really liked me, and made it super obvious and almost verging on clingy-ish. I always find it surprising because people usually play their cards close to their chest right? But it’s in a good way because I love them and that placement and think they’re great so it’s mutual I just tend not to show it as much. Maybe the risings are more obvious about it than the moon because moon is hidden inner and rising is overt outer?

How does it feel for you? Does it feel all-consuming, threatening..? Since your moon is also in your ASC i wonder if this placement is x10000 more sensitive?
It does feel all consuming, I don't know if threatening is the right word.. but we have been through many ups and downs during the course of our 5 year relationship, both tried to call it quits many times, it's hard to stay away.click to expand
