Yep! Saw him twice and he got scared & pulled the same shit. So I officially don’t believe a fucking word he says. I do remember the second day he looked at me with tortured eyes.. whatever I’m done. Oh there was so much good with the Cap, it was hard to let go of that. But there were a couple of things that were similar to my ex that worried me always & sure enough those are the things that blew it up. I’m sure now. He just can’t do it.
My ex has lost 40 pounds in a month & he didn’t have it to lose.. no way he can lose any more. They are saying it’s not cancer. But haven’t gotten a diagnosis yet. Docs have put him on a no protein, no sodium diet cuz it’s easier for his liver & kidneys to function. Tons of fluid retaining in his abdomen.. still happening but is on diuretics now. He almost died 20 years ago due to liver problems aka alcohol so I personally think it’s that cuz he started drinking again. Not taking care of himself & letting himself be enabled. 😞 my kids are torn up and it’s been very emotional.

My dad died at 74. It was my dads liver but not related to cirrhosis but diabetic complications. Started about 65 or so but they were able to get it maintained with prednisone. But prednisone had big side affects. My ex is 55. Ex has abused alcohol and did it again in the last couple of years.. he really should’ve known better if he wanted to live. The affect on his kids is sooo hard to watch & that this would’ve never happened if I hadn’t left is hard too. But it was the right thing for me & my kids too that I couldn’t keep us on that road to destruction he was choosing. I just cried after leaving the graduation party.... I don’t cry!! Ugh okay I do but I hate to lol
