Mutables too crazy and restless to fully flourish in conventional society. Probably more likely to explore more aspects of life and associate with people from all walks of life...and then get caught up in that life lol. Then they ‘get’ to color outside of the lines and do things on their own terms somewhat. A mutable nature sounds good in theory for a life of crime because you still have to deal with conventional society and keep them appeased. Law enforcement, politicians, etc. I mean look at ol’ Bugsy. He was able to turn on the charm and come and go as he pleased in all kinds of circles of life. to me, as you tell it, it seems she lacked the strength to fight for her own ideology/convictions, and so was just corrupted/overcome, adopting the same kind of societal power that she originally opposed....its basically total defeat when you think about it. I see it as only a very simplistic form of tragedy, and maybe an object lesson in the real strength it requires to have power aimed towards the good of society....she chose fearful self-preservation to the detriment of others, over the bravery required for martyrdom in service of others....I'm pretty high and that may not may not mke any sense at all though....even as you describe it...she's a "badass" lol...its like a child's fantasy of finally being the alpha....getting revenge on the bullies...I get why it would resonate with a Pisces Moon though, and I don't mean that as a dig...I think there's a real aggressive/assertive streak there, that can manifest in any number of ways positively or negatively, and definitely around themes like this....

it took her years to become who she is now. won't say she's got the ideal, perfect life but being a mutable is about survival, to be resourceful with what you have. she did her best with the cards she had and i totally admire her for that. i remember i made a thread about mutables being liars and it's funny how you kept record of that.... which made me think that fixed signs..... don't understand. some of us learn not to be ashamed of the duality. adapt or die.
when a virgo is 'positive', he is a war hero or a persecuted leader or a martyr. and often when these figures die, it becomes a catalyst for bad things to come. the death of a virgo, the collapse of a system. and the power shifts. i've got a list of world events somewhere, will probably make a thread about it.
but when he is 'negative', he survives. and should he die, it's often by his own hand. but that's sometimes freedom for people who mold themselves to what's currently happening to them. i've seen this play out so many times.
when a pisces is 'positive', he lives to see his visions realized. an inspired orator, full of promises of grandeur and all that. and often though at first seemingly the more chaotic one of the axis, would wish for some kind of peace and quiet in the end.

lol that's definitely not me at all...I actually have written at length about how often I lie....As for duality, I actually think the notion of a unified stable self with a personality that persists through time is almost entirely an illusion actually, that modern neuroscience largely shows this, that all people embody duality and really just outright multiplicity of personality throughout time in phases of aging- daily in their frequent self-contradiction, ethical idealisms that they fail to attain, constant stream of deception they employ throughout the day towards others - hiding their inner world behind the mask they present to the outer world (a duality in itself), suppression/repression of guilt and cognitive dissonance around extreme forms of these things, even distinct phases of life or roles you can be thrust into where you'll portray more narcissistic and even psychopathic personality traits. Its not just mutables that have dualities though....I think every sign probably embodies one, some in the symbols themselves (e.g. Cap with the fish tail, Scorp with is phases), but also related to the presence of features of the opposite on their axis....the axis is a continuum in some sense to me and interaction with your opposite involves all sorts of important lessons, and I've always felt sympathetic to a Yin & Yang type of analogy there, where the opposite is embodied somewhat...I see that in Pisces/Virgo but also in what I think is the most extreme opposite axis - Aries/Libra....beyond that, and really foundational to astrological theory is that the planets are like actors dressing themselves in the archetype of the signs, performing on the stage of the house and the sphere of life which it governs.
