Aqua man and cancer woman relationship

I'm an cancer woman , actually gemican (cusp) and was with an aqua man. Our bond was very strong. Very interesting combo , can talk all day and night about random subjects, easily fascinated with each other, aqua is always full of surprises and cancer enjoys and accepts his "weirdness". His friends described us as an "amazingly, weird, perfect couple". Aqua definitely opened up oppourtunities for me , we tried everything together. We made a list of everything we have never done in life and in bed lol and did everything.he will definitely make you feel loved and secure.He always finds new ways to make your heart jump . he's also a jokester and I'm a humorous person, we had Alot of fun , joking around and play fight with each other.when he makes a joke about you don't take it too personally. My aqua was literally like a sour patch kid, sour and then sweet. He'll make you mad or sad by a harsh joke and then make you love him by doing or saying something incredibly sweet.

Aquas aren't good at giving reassurance (believe me, I know) and cancers need a lot of reassurance. Aquas need space and lots of me time, cancers like family time. Nothing wrong with either. It could work if both were willing to step out of their comfort zones and give each other what they need. But, if it is stepping too much out of the comfort zone, wouldn't each resent the other?

Of course, depends on the other placements. An airy cancer and watery aqua would probably get along just fine.

yes , because we Were in a long distance relationship, we ended on neutral terms. Besides the distance , everything was amazing.

This pairing can either go amazingly right OR horribly wrong.

Are the 2 signs different? Very much so!! Aquarius lives in the logic. Cancer lives in the emotion. Neither are in the wrong. Both can learn to take from each other what the other needs work on or is missing.

Aquarians may have some trouble converting to the emotional aspect of things on cue. They are normally the only ones who can turn that switch on & off. When Cancer expects an Aquarius to use their emotion on cue when an Aquarius sees no logical reasoning for it, it can be a problem. Cancer may always feel that Aquarius isn't taking things serious enough, whereas Aquarius may feel that their Cancer is always exaggerating & spazzing out over nothing. This can lead to both feeling misunderstood at the core of who they just naturally are.

However, there are really good aspects of this pairing.

-They both run in small circles & only trust a few.

For instance, my husband and I both like having space a lot. We've always been that way even before meeting. So when I see that he's being distant, I don't feel bad at all. It's an automatic understanding. I give him the space I'd want him to give me.

-Whereas Cancer can learn from Aquarius how to be more spontaneous & live life more on the edge, Aquarius can learn from Cancer what it's like being a homebody WITH another person lol Aquas love solitude & to be squared off by themselves sometimes. This can easily be taken personal from a Cancer woman, especially if she's not the same herself.

-Aquarius will like that Cancer is very homey & a good host. They love Cancer's natural ability to make homelife a peaceful one. Cancer is intrigued by Aquarian's articulate way of thinking & going about things. Aquarius men love a Cancer woman's softness & femininity.

This pairing will be a challenge. Oil & water always is. But it def. can work. Maturity & being EXTREMELY attracted to 1 another is the key. These pairings often fall apart early on if there's not enough interest or a strong enough foundation to get through tough times. If they can get past their differences, the relationship would be awesome.

Just remember that her being a woman AND a Cancer woman at that means that sometimes you're gonna think she's over-reacting, or over-thinking on the emotional side. Don't knock her for it. Are Cancer women just full blown emotional creatures who cry all day long? Well no lol but be prepared ahead of time that she will def. use her heart to think. You may use your mind to think. And that's ok b/c thinking with either/or or both is def. a good thing depending on perception & the specific circumstance.

I am a cancer woman and was with an aqua man for 3 years.. On and Off mind you, because of what everyone here mentioned. If we were more mature and were willing to take more time to understand eachother, it probably would have worked because we had insane chemistry, so much fun together and a lot of love.
But ultimately I needed a lot more reassurance from my aqua man than he could give me, we tried, tried, tried again... but it was a losing battle, he couldn't understand my emotions and how I couldn't be more logical.

As a Cancer woman with prominent Leo placements I can say this can be a magical match, at least in friendship I tend to do very well with them and do find on other astrology boards surprisingly it's been fairly common for Aqua men to be attracted to Cancer women. Now it doesn't always last but I do think they like that we are expressive about our feelings and emotions and maybe deep down they want someone to give them the loving only a Cancer can 😉. We do have a way of making people feel cared for that other signs can't quite reach.

I wouldn't entirely dismiss it especially if he has some water placements in prominent aspects. But beware they are the most detached of all the air signs and its true they are unconventional with love. Many times their action means something entirely different than how we perceive it and that cann be a issue. More likely than anything else it'll be memorable.

I know it's about Aqua m and Cancer f, but one of my friends was in this match Aqua F Cancer M, and she still loves that man to this day. But yet she isn't as detached as other Aquas, or at least she wasn't that way with him. He doted on her and, fulfilled her emotionally, and seems the feeling was mutual as they are still in touch.

Solitude isn't so much the issue it just seems like the Aqua men can take it to the extreme and without notice. I think anyone can respectfully say they need space, or to recharge etc..
