Aqua moon and mars = not sexual?

If a guy has moon and mars in aquarius, is he not going to be very sexual? I feel that a guy I was with was more turned on by the idea of fantasizing about sex rather than doing it. I was literally laying next to him saying I want regular sex and he was just masturbating himself. He also did not seem to be particularly fond of affectionate gestures, but he would do many other helpful/useful things for me.
