Aquarius bf obsessed with games

My Aqua bf has become obsessed with online gaming - he doesn't work, he doesn't study for university, he doesn't go out, he just stays at my place and plays online games. I've tried everything but nothing seems to help. Even when we go out I can't relax and have fun because he's constantly watching at the clock and wants to go back to play... or when we watch movies he stops the movie several times to check on his game. He's so obsessed that when I don't let him use my computer he insults me, shouts at me and today he even threw things at me. What should I do? Is it because he doesn't care about me anymore? He's nice with everyone else - smiling and everything but when we're alone it's like I'm not there - it's only him and his games. I love him but I can't take it anymore.

i am an online gamer and have been for years. i was particularly rather obsessed with a particular mmorpg that everyone knows about. this is not an aqua thing... it's an addiction. no joke. ppl really do lose their lives, loved ones, etc. through this just like how a substance and alcohol addiction can. it's a real addiction and he may need to seek help.

Yeah, this is isnt sign based..this is an addiction, you should leave or you will lose years of your young life to him.
