PS I'm kidding I was going to leave that reply like that just to get a reaction lol. But yeah I do this at work for fun. Partly because I don't wish to get close to coworkers anymore, I don't mind being friendly and random but I'm sure my behaviour throws people off because that's the whole point.

Do the hug test. If he doesn't back away when you try to hug him, then no he doesn't actually hate you lmao. Otherwise I don't really see any indication that he's interested in you apart from an amusing coworker.

I think he is aware of you in the natural sense but I don't think he's going to do anything about anything if he's taken as much as he wants to.

So probably what he's doing is taking advantage of the fun but isn't gonna go beyond natural ribbing.

I think you're right too, and I think in those two sentences you summarized this whole epic I wrote and the whole weirdness I feel about all of this haha!

It feels like there is a lot of energy at play, and maybe it's harmless, all of it, to him I'm sure, but i'm a weird little entity. I don't feel a desire to engage with too many people period(I don't mean that in a bitchy way. I LOVE people and become fast friends with anyone who approaches me, but I don't seek them out) and It feels like being played with a little emotionally. So on some crazy level it offends me. Like engage with me fully or don't, and don't make me feel bad for trying to disengage - it's not fair, right?

And believe me, I realize the like borderline obsession or craziness going on on my end here, where I'm sure for him it's just another day in the office, so I just gotta shut the whole thing down I think. Yes? Yes. Yes!
