aquas and their space... i cant fathom it

aqua man tells you hes serious about you and all this stuff and then falls off the planet for days at a time, no text no call, after it was going well? me being a leo, i hate being ignored and i have no idea whats going on here, and im very confused by his behavior... i know aquas need their space from time to time but i thought things were going well. i havent texted him again because he just seems like hes in his own world. CONUNDRUM

Best thing to do is to develop patience because you will need tons of it. Things will be fine soon.

Aquas guard their space religiously. I love my space and I will get annoyed if disturbed. I don't like expressing myself to a lot of people. My emotions are my problem and thus I deal with them. This is how I vent rather then blowing it up in someone's face like my friends or wife. She's a cancer btw.

I never thought about it that way. You are completely right. Space is literally my way of venting.

I gotta have my space. Especially married to a cancer with PMDD. Whom has hyperactive mood swings. Im usually her target of venting and I take it like a man. I mean she gets real pissy. I know it isn't her fault and she don't medicate herself which is her choice. I often go drive around as to take the time of being alone. I live in Doral. Which west of Miami. I drive off to Ft Lauderdale to see some friends and family. I use that time preciously to recollect myself.

Same thing happened to me w Aqua Venus and Mars .

They need space...

You have to move at that person's pace or it won't work.

@Aquistorm you seem like a wonderful husband, I hope your wife understands that about you.

@killerwhalemoon the last two sentences have literally been the past few years of my life. It can be hard to find a healthy balance of space away from people to just recoup in a world where communication doesn't require effort... It can be very hurtful to the other person... Yet you don't know how to continuously explain yourself to them.

@OP er sorry we suck. It's sort of awkward to let others know "Oh hey I'm about to fall off the face of earth and it's like something I need to do for my sanity, but don't worry, you haven't done anything wrong. I still like you but yeah, I'll talk to you soon." *kisses forehead and disappears*

You have to allow the space so they can recharge. When they come back, they come back loving you more than ever. A couple of days is no big thing, a couple of weeks, then I assume they're not interested.

You have to be confident. It's not about you. It's about them recharging. So, you have to assure yourself that it has nothing to do with how they feel about you. Eventually, you get used to it and realize you worried about nothing.

If you can't handle it, then an aqua is not for you.

I love my space also and could be fine not talking to some one for weeks on my behalf..but if someone does this to me i get fustrated and go get drunk or something to keep my mind off it.
Ive lost my mind before because some one gave me too much space when i craved them. I also have reached a point in my life where i could have a connection with some one but not put as much effort in it as i could be. And then just drop it all together.

This is me! I neeed my space and if a guy calls me too muchor I have to see him everyday I feel trapped. On the other hand, if he's the one that needs loads of space and doesn't give me the right amount of attention I need, I can't deal and start distancing myself emotionally. Being involvedwith an Aquarius is not easy. I promise!

Having my space is like having a king sized bed to myself. Crawl in the middle and take a nap.

I was trying to find the video of that bubble @damnata posted before, but alas the post is gone. I am going to see if i can track it down on youtube. it was the perfect Aqua thing.
