Can anyone hammer out my natal chart a bit?

I've read what cafeastrology has to tell me about myself but I am looking for anyone that has even deeper knowledge and meaning to throw at me of my core traits/personalities and most of all understanding who I am and why.. My birthday is Feb 15, 1983 with a birth time of 9:30PM central standard time, any information would be very helpful I am sure. I run into these spans of time that my confidence is endless and then there's just so much confusion on my end when I think of myself out of nowhere and I need to wrap my head around what is going on here.

You got to believe in yourself more than astrology. Destiny is in your hand and your confusion will be reduced as your confidence increased. Astrology is used as a tool/transportation but you're the user/driver.
