Squidgy.. like jelly ? I don't think you're ready... for this jelly?

MD.. the captain's Chair. Sit on the edge of chair, hold to the bottom of the chair with your arms.. then lift your knees. I wish I had a picture... but you work both your upper and lower stomach.. you don't have to do as many reps, and you can do it anyway.

If you go to the gym.. there's actually a device called "The Captain's Chair".. ask about it..

= Not flat how 'bout that Primegen? Squidgy squidgy I like that work 😛 ha ha

I stopped eating altogether, well not completely just significantly less so I became skinny. I then thought I would start to gain weight and as I'd gain weight I would do sit ups and crunches and that would tighten muscles and keep the tummy in nice shape as I'd fill out again. Except I didn't do the exercise part... I did gain most of my weight back, but just enough to keep a flat belly.

I can only think of crunches and situps to tighten your muscles but I don't think that alone can get rid of a 'squidgy' belly. I think the single most important thing anyone can do is keep an eye on their diet. Second work on your muscles... the more muscle the less fat in that area. I lost weight fast by just completely erasing junk food, candy, snacks, soft drinks, any food whatsoever that would be high in fat and other than that cut down on portions... do that and you'll drop really fast. I don't know much about nutrition but I don't think it's rocket science to know what's healthy and what's not.

Unfortunately the cold hard truth is the only way to get rid of a "squidgy" tummy is diet and exercise. For most people the stomach is the first place we gain weight and last place we lose it. You can do crunches and leg ups till the cows come home but these exercises won't burn fat very quickly if at all. By doing crunches and stuff you are building up and strengthening your abs but that won't do anything to the layer of fat over the muscles.

I suggest at least 30 mins of cardio exercise (Walking, running, bike riding, swimming) 3-4 days a week, a healthy diet (No candy or soda) and drink lots of water throughout the day. You'll be amazed if you stick at it.

You might need to buy some small, hand held weights(maybe 5 pounds, thats usually what they include),a floor mat and a subscription to fitness(yes its for females so no worries there) magizine, that particular magizine throws in cheats and planned out work outs(by professional trainers) that targets certain areas(stomach, butt, theighs and over all body in particular)that actually work thats not too extreme.Maybe 3-4 times a week and at home. They generally throw in yoga, pellatis(however they're spelled😛) and other cardio, floor type stuff that targets the gut area without having to buy videos or anything if thats what you mean by the "money" stuff. It has supposedly(not for sure though) been proven walking is a "smaller" waistline for other cardio, and im always walking(at least 40-60 minutes a day due to no car lol) and im tiny so pretty sure its true.

Regarding the exercises and thanks for the input guys, I'll give some of them a try. The thing is though that I'm not overweight really, it's just that my tummy really needs to be tightened up as it's practically sagging at this stage. So dieting is not the problem. It's more the tightening type of erecises that I need to be doing. I used to run quite a bit up until a few months ago so I must start that up again but the jogging didn't tackle the squidgy tummy. And squidgy is another words for mushy btw!
