Libra Virgo cusp and Aquarius
complicated.
My brother is a Virgo/Libra cusper and has been married twice. His second wife is a Taurus and they are inseparable. Been married for over 20 years now.
Not sure whether that combo would work with the genders reversed, but just throwing it out there.

I don't believe in cusps, but in planets' positions. I should also be a Libra/Scorpio cusp, but I am as airy as my planets describe me and a very good match to my Aquarius counterpart.

IMO libra virgo cusp is not good as good for aqua as libra scorpio cusp is. anything with a virgo and aqua will be hard
