I was looking at the Issue date, thinking it was the birthday. So yeah, he's either a cap or aqua.

If it exp 4/9...that would be his birthday.. they expire typically every 4 years on a persons birthday.. having issues pulling that up to view it myself..

Yeah....That's true. It's even like that if you get your license months after your birthday isn't it?

I think I meant to put that on the miscellaneous board but forgot I had the aqua board open. hahaha!!! Oh well...I think you guys would appreciate it.
