When would you contact male Aqua with Venus and Mars in Capricorn?

I apologise in advance for this might be a long post. But, I do hope you don't let that intimidate you and I'll get some helpful answers 🙂 please share your opinions with me.

I'm a cancer, ascendant: libra, moon: scorpio, venus/mars: leo

He's an aqua, moon could be either libra or scorpio, venus/mars: capricorn - that's all I know about his details

We met each other last fall, he started talking to me. At first I was sceptical and just wanted to leave the bar (I had an invitation to another party), but I felt some connection (I rarely do) and decided to stay. And indeed we had a lot to talk about and also some things in common (he doesn't drink alcohol and neither do I for example). The problem is that he lives in another city which can be only reached by plane. So for a change I lived in the now (I'm usually always very careful and distant) and kissed him. So we spent the whole evening together kissing, cuddling (nothing sexual) and I really enjoyed myself. Of course, he asked me for my phone number and if I'd see him again if he came to Vienna, I just cheekily replied with a smile on my face: 'I might.' The next day he texted me and we texted for about two weeks and he asked me whether I'd like to visit him. I'm usually careful but since he initiated the question and also the texting in general I sent him possible dates. However, he ignored that and kept talking about something else. Soon after that he didn't text anything else. His last text was 'Two weeks ago
