That's an Aries/Leo relationship for you... it can work but just wait until that spontaneous guy day turns into a habit and he ends up taking you for granted (not because he's a bad lion... that's just how they behave.) Leos are VERY intuitive, and feel a spiritual connection to Aries... so at least you have that down! Leos need lots of attention (okay, they don't need it, but they like it.) and will return the favor three-fold. There's not really much to say (well, not much I can say) other than make sure to let him feel like he's leading... they love to lead and hate to follow in relationships (but they love to pamper/be pampered... such complex people)

that last line caught my attention. people tell me i'm complex and "confusing", but i don't see it. i think i'm pretty simple. of course i can't speak for all leos, but here's the formula for someone i will adore:
- appreciate me when it's deserved
- challenge me when i'm clearly in the wrong
- DON'T try to restrict me in any way (i do have a good intuition...99% of the time i know what you want and i'll most likely do it if i care about you, but lash out if someone tries to force or manipulate me into doing something)
- treat me with respect
- show you care when i'm feeling vulnerable
- don't play games
- be shmexy
anddddddddd that about sums it up. seems pretty straightforward to me. 😛click to expand

There isn't much substance in the way of deep thoughts or anything. We don't sit and talk about people and society blah blah... there is no need. I get the feeling of understanding and it's quite nice.
I find myself not sitting by the phone or holding my breath to hear from him (although we're not terribly emotionally connected as of yet)
I'd like to take things super slowly this time bc sex too soon is a sure-fire way to end things abruptly.
I feel that I have much to learn about myself and the way of things-how to be a healthier, more independent person. It just so happens I'm trying to buy a house on my own as well and find myself having "faith" in the rhythm of things.
Is there anything I need to be aware of in the new union? Things to avoid as well as nurture?
I'm meeting his family tomorrow. EEE! =D
