i looked at Gloria Arroyo's chart....Pisces mars/venus/Merc. in 12th house ...super compassionate.

and with libra moon 7th - putting him out there to bring the balance. lol
Arroyo was more corrupt than estrada. The pardon could have come with something in exchange since he had sons still in power. Ironic one of those sons are in jail now lol
