Help me understand what a chart is? Libra and Aries

Hey guys I want to make my chart and if someone please explain to me how to make one and what really is a chart? I want to see how compatible me and my Libra is..
My DOB is 7th April 1991
Time of birth 1:45am
His DOB is 8th Oct 1988
Not sure about the time of birth but inthe evening maybe around 6-7pm

I want to know how I can know myself better and where I should give it a shot and where I shouldn't I've been hurt plenty of times before from. Pieces and a virgo and now this libra I'm so exhausted. I give in so much of me that each incident takes a big part of me with it.

Look up Chiron conjunct descendant and Jupiter in the 7th house.

I can't say I'm easily annoyed. If you would like to learn, however, try using grupovenus.com. Read their interpretations and then google the aspects yourself. 🙂

Because he said he doesn't love me and he lied about his feelings. Which I think because he was never out if love from his ex inthe first place. We both rushed into this relationship.
Secondly he came back apologising on Christmas saying 'I love you, I miss you and I'm so sorry for what I said, I was so happy with you bla bla' long ass 4 texts messages.
I'm an Arian, once someone is off my heart they're off my heart for good. But because I felt bad for his situation I told him not to discuss what happened and start iver as friends for the new years sake. I have found someone that I knew from the past 8 years he loved me like crazy and I'm giving him a chance. Haven't told this to leeb but leeb has no respect in my heart anyway.

I have similar experiences with a libra female "friend." Very charming and sweet one day and cruel and distant the next. Talk about an emotional roller coaster. I see now why she has trouble keeping friends. She does what she wants and doesn't take anyone's feelings into consideration. She'll say, "I miss talking and texting with you..." with tears in her eyes. Then when you try to engage her, she ignores you...WTF!!! Am I going nuts here? I'm losing my patience with all of these emotional games. I've been keeping my distance and mirroring her actions lately and she doesn't even notice. If she does, she doesn't care enough to engage...ugh! I see a huge fear of commitment too, maybe that is just a Libra thing.
