I've never seen so many April license plates out.
Do license plates have your birth month on them? I have never noticed this.

It's always Aries drivers driving on the road on a Sunday when its 7 degree Fahrenheit. 90% of the tabs I saw today said Apr. Yeah, I'll throw in Taurus there, but the only Taurus person I saw was in her PJs all day.
Where are you? Licence plates don't have birth month on them. Neither do registration sticker.
Registration stickers have the time it's time to register, which means that's the month you bought the car...
I'm confused.
Maybe it's a state thing?
