How do you Aries deal with rejection/breakups?

I've always dealt with breakups pretty well, there was only one that I didn't deal with so well, in fact I dealt very badly... cut myself off from most people for about 2 months as I slowly slid in to anxiousness, found it difficult to leave my house....and then I ran away to a different country for 4 months and came back new and evolved. 😛
