We dont see or live beyond the walls were living in.

I wish i spent less time worrying about stupid crushes and material stuff & more time trying to change myself in order to make this world a better place. So many people dying from starvation, illnesses and wars & the most we do is re - post shit on social media like its a magical place that will help fix things. Whats the point of the whole world seeing these injustices taking place if most of us wont really dedicate it more than a couple of minutes anyway.
Tired of living in this world and tired of myself for not doing anything to change it.

Don't be so hard on yourself, clean up your own little part of the world and affect those that live in it in a positive way, that's more than enough.

Also sending and sharing on social media helps a lot to bring awareness, don't think sharing and liking goes unnoticed, a picture can circle the globe in a couple of clicks.

Atleast you recognise it! I am thankful everyday I'm not starving or living in a refugee camp. It sucks because we are all living in the rat race and just want to be happy. If only we could all join a collective consciousness and do something together. The saddest thing is some people know and don't care at all.

Or go donate blood as you'll be saving lives. It always starts with the little things.

I do that every year. I only keep the clothes i actually wear regulary. But i see people suffering on a daily basis and i feel bothered at my family and myself for acting like nothing is going on out there. Its stupid that i think this way. But i cant help it

I know it can get frustrating. Don't forget to remind yourself that just because unfortunate things are concurrently happening in the world, it shouldn't make you feel guilty or keep you from enjoying your fortunate life to the fullest. Even working on things that doesn't require much effort such as being more humble can be an addition to the betterment of the world.

Im from Spain & where i live you need to have a job to help people . Either cause joining the program requires qualification or because if something is donw you need to pay money to be able to help. Im starting Uni this yr , if God wills.
But i dont get what you mean when you say " get your mind of yourself" . Genuinely asking to understand

Will you please take your time to read my original post before commenting. Does it look like this is about myself? I have mentioned my attitude its the main problem. Just wanted to share this since everything we see nowadays seems shallow to me. And thank you for that i DO in fact help
Those less fortunate around me (friends) by giving them money to buy food or getting deodorant and things like that for them. Is it enough? Ofcourse not, cause i choose to spend most of my time worrying about stupid things like watching a reality show thats killing my brain cells or worrying and daydreaming about some crush instead of doing somethinh to better myself in order to make this world a better place. Wasnt gonna bother explaning anything, but sonce this post is about promoting a positive change, might aswell start by making you understand the concept of this topic.

Not everybody you meet has the aame history & certainly not everybody is trying to gain popularity by doing shit like this. Youre not getting it. Most People dream of running their own business, of having a big house or a fancy car. I dream of being able to heal hearts. Its my own personal goal, so when you talk about dealing with faiulures , which other failures are you talking anout when my only goal is to help?. You can take it as you wish though.
Just hate how this turned to be about having to explain myself instead of what it was meant to be. Its my opinion & you dont have to agree.

Not handing out , but when you ask a friend who lives alone with just enough money to buy some food for the month & you ask her what she wants you to get her while she knows you are broke , she will tell you "deodorant". And no it really isnt, im not saying dont be happy. Cause we have to appreciate the good moments in life too. But the only thing i want to accomplish is going to bed knowing i did as much as incould. Simple as. Knowing i didnt waste my time on worthless pointless shit. Its simple, i dont see whats so hard to understand. Hope we can leave it here. Yes iam currently studying. I also teach at a kids school (do it for free - they cant pay me) . I do artworks too , take care of my house and family (cook etc). Id appreciate it if you stopped assuming im just some bored kid with nothing to do in life . Lmao - im 21

Doing the same thing iam right now. Nurturing my fam, teaching kids, studying , traveling, painting & baking happily sitting at home w no other goals in life. Lol

Sorry to burst your bubble but you are not living in an utopian paradise nor are you going to make any difference by playing "messiah" on dxp.

There will always be world hunger, no matter how hard you try to stop it.

It is out of control breeding problems we are witnessing in the third world. The more people you give free food, the more people there will be to feed.

The more hungry cats that come to your door for food that you give food to, the more hungry cats you will have coming to your door.

Human race is no different than the hungry cats. The more dependent they become on you, the more you will have to do to accomodate them.

It never becomes a never ending and growing cycles unless extreme limits are placed in that cycle by warfare.

There has to be a limit. Right now the limit is can you feed yourself before you go feeding the world? Generally speaking the people must be able to feed themselves.

Everytime these "world peace" "world hunger" convos pop up it makes me cringe because you people are so unrealistic!

You can not save the world and you will never save the world. You are living in a faraway dream world that can not exist. This is a cold brutal world and there is no way resolve that fact.
