It's really unfortunate, but I think we get the reputation that we are bossy and our expectations are too high. This is why it's hard relating to other signs sometimes. When you are categorized as a strong personality, there's also a stigma associated with it. Yes I think certain types of men can be pushovers sometime, but to even say it out loud is taboo, and then all of a sudden we're fucking feminists blah blah blah. No. It's about respecting yourself, and knowing what you want. I agree EmotionalAries-some men are pushovers and it turns me off. Egomanics are on the other end of the spectrum that I dislike too. I think an Aries woman needs a man that is quietly strong willed;he'll accept her the way she is, but still hold his own-now THAT is a man I can love and respect.
Men have a very hard time dealing with a women that can do for herself. NO-YO Miss Independent, that song was made for me. I dont NEED a man, but I might want one for a reason. Same as a career, I can respect you for your input, collaberation on a project and an intelligent input. But never in my life would you be better at anything cuz your a man. I can run circles around you and prove it with my intelligence and worth and track record. Get a damn life! No one takes care of me, I take care of me and my own.

You're right. Aries don't want men to pay bills. They do want your attention though and I was very detached. I am detached and she didn't like that so she cheated too.. I have always been "the man" in the relationship, and thought the idea of "men" are a myth.. :p
Us aries wants a man to make us feel like girly girls, but I have yet to find one.
However, I think we read to much into the "stereotypes" that men are manly and independent and women are clingy and whiney etc..its often the other way around, but it only shows men are more in touch with their emotions nowadays and that is a good thing although it feels bad sometimes.
We aries girls must respect a man to love him, and him feeling sorry for himself or huge emotional displays or insecurity doesn't project that.
Men in the 1940s mostly kept all inside, that is definitely not good, but that is the idea of what a man is to many of us aries . The strong brave knight who doesn't feel insecure etc.
It just isn't reality I suppose,and I had to adjust my views and expectations to accept this. And after that it gets alot easier π
And being appreciative and understanding of his sensitive side is important. I think men among other men display this tough appearance, but in a loving relationship they need that emotional support. Once one understands and appreciate this, it will get easier.
