12th House represents the subconscious/unseen. I don't think there is really much to advise about having placements in this House besides being aware of issues that don't crop up to the surface unless someone forces them to, which can prove to be good or bad depending on what the issue is.
My boyfriend and I have a packed composite 12th House and it makes sense for us because a lot of the time, both of us tend to brush aside stuff that bothers us about our relationship. But I force us to talk about stuff if it really bothers either of us enough that it hurts the relationship if not addressed. The easiest and most important way to deal with 12th House stuff is to communicate openly and bluntly. Cut the fluff and just get to the point. It's the quickest and easiest way to get through obstacles.
I notice this happens between us as well. We hit one snag in communication and didn't address it until later. It's definitely been challenging.
I guess, I notice that I'm more reluctant to speak my mind around her and be blunt than usual for some reason, even though I know I want to.
I had a composite Sun, Uranus and Neptune in Scorpio in the 12th with a Sag I was seeing.
Here was a great article I read about it :-)

I'm interested in someone who between us, creates a composite sun in the 12th house. Any advice? Are there certain obstacles to be mindful of, that are common for this placement, that anyone has recognized in their own experience perhaps? Can it work for the long term?
