Can anybody tell me what a Capricorn Neptune would be like?

My chart ruler is Neptune. With my rising sign being in pisces which is ruled by Neptune, but I have a Capricorn dominance, with cap being in Neptune 11th house. What would this mean? Any ideas?

Now, the last three signs in a chart don't actually mean anything as they actually predict the world as a whole due to how slowly they move. Therefore, Neptune in Cap doesn't necessarily mean anything in a natal chart, only the 11th house and all the aspects in this placement does.

My neptune is in Capricorn but it's not my dominant placement. I suggest reading up on Neptune in Capricorn, Neptune in the 11th, Capricorn in the 11th, Neptune as chart ruler, and 11th House dominance. Piece the info you get from that together and figure out how it applies to you.

Capricorn Neptune is a generational placement. I think half of the people here have this.

Well my dominants are water, earth, and fire. I'm asking if the capricorn Neptune will make the neptunian element of my pisces rising more strong/grounded/practical/etc? I have capricorn in 3 planets
