A Scenario & your response

A person has ill treated you and you've ended with him. Now that person is in a situation, he is innocent and someone else ill treated him. And you are the one who is asked that whom is right out of those two.

What will be your response?

1. Take side of the person who is innocent, even though he ill treated you.
2. Take side of the other person and take your revenge.
3. Become neutral and refused to give your opinion.

Perhaps 1 if and only if the situation is very extreme and the person would be in dire straits if I don't put in my two cents

Wow, tough question. Probably #1. If I ever had feelings for the person that wronged me I would defend them no matter what.

I have to say number one.

Even when others have terribly wronged me, I tend not to hold onto past grudges, and look at even the bad stuff as things/lessons that life meant for me to learn from. Also, I truly hate to see anyone wronged, or the underdog downed, so I would defend the one that is being wronged, even though he initially wronged me at some point... for some reason, I am very much a "Defender of the wronged" even when the wronged is my enemy...haha

and like ninjafish said it above...I let the universe take care of the stuff that was done to me.
