what's the difference between saturn transit in sun sign and saturn return? with example please ?

Saturn return is more karmic in my opinion, it focuses on balancing out your karma.. which could be why people feel like it's a period of big change, a personal rebirth or a new mindset afterwards.

A transit in your sun sign and that makes aspect to your personal chart, is mosy likely a time when you are able to come across situations that can help you progress and evolve. Increase maturity, awareness etc..

Plus what ands said in simple terms

Saturn transit = challenges. Saturn return = major trouble in my experience. I had a serious accident on my Saturn return which took ages to recover from. Bad stuff.

Yeah, Saturn is always karmic and the reason bad things happen to good people, it sucks..

Not that karma is always bad, it's just unexpected and catches you off guard..
