As long as he is committed to you and his work/family (his career and home life are connected if I remember correctly, I think I asked you if he works from home or runs a business and if that keeps him away- also you have some Cancer placements that are pivotal) situation improves, things should be more stable.
Saturn moon is a difficult aspect but when navigated with openness and gentle care, it leads to long lasting relationships,IMO.

Oh be careful. He has Uranus conjunct his second house ruler in the first house. And this is being opposed by Venus&Chiron conjunction in the seventh.
The guy will want to travel or do something crazy to make money. Love will take second place to his career and he will define himself based on his career choice.
And commitment won't come easily from him.
But the Synastry looked really good. So if he has his career together and is settled in life or if he is in a position where he is a travelling salesman or something and you are OK with that, then yes go ahead.
Make sure he has a career. Not someone who jumps from something to another and throws love away because his career takes importance over love. Nothing wrong with that thou. Don't get hurt. But Synastry looked good though.

as of now we're just friends. he's still in Cali. me...good old Chicagoland. he's applying for new jobs to make more money...told me he finally got a car...decent update on his life.
i rewrote his resume for him since i was good at making them and his looked...scary the way it was.

There are some great aspects!!! Good Synastry.
Are you sure it isn't because if your sun-sun inconjunct energy that makes it difficult to really 'get' each other? But inconjuncts have a sexy "I don't get you but I wanna EFF you" kinda feel to them if the other factors add to the chemistry.
