Any experience successfully dealing with nasty Scorpios?

So I've had the misfortune of having an abusive father that was one and now I work under a supervisor who is one. For those who are familiar with the sign itself and the ways it can be sadistic, I need to know of some strategies.

They also say its the strongest, it seems like this sign is more of the type that goes around starting fights yet you're supposed to just take it when they are going around being nasty to people?

Anyways, I notice a lot of cynicism, under-handed tricks, and overly controlling behavior from the types. I really need help dealing with nasty people of this sign even though I have good friends with this sign too.

seriously though...this is super vague...if you want real advice, explain how the person is being sadistic...

What you do is, move all their placements around, to become a Libra. That's what I did. I am now a Libra.

My father was an abusive Scorpio.

Worst thing you can do to him is show him that he doesn't matter. Meaning, show him that he has no effect on you. Deal with him only if you have to, and when you do, keep it short and sweet. They're sadists because they're miserable.

Except I have one as my supervisor and the nature of my work has me relying on the supervisor for stuff so it is tough.

yeah. don't. i never dealt with a nasty one. i am the nasty one. best thing you can do is leave it alone and let it calm down.

you must realize you are powerless when it comes to us being upset. never say calm down. calm down is disrespectful and will make shit worse.
