Aquarius older man confusing me..HELP

I really need great advice here.. if you are an Aquarius male or have experience with one, even better! So....I have been dating an Aquarius man for 5 months now. We have to keep it a secret because we work together and we aren't allowed to date at work. He is 39 and I am 24. He is the most loving man I have ever had. Only problem is that he was married before and now has 3 kids from the marriage. Him and his wife are separated for 2 years and finalizing the divorce but she is making it tough on him. He had tried to get me a great position at another company just so he can show me off to everyone and be open. He has introduced me to his kids as coworkers and friends for now because he wants them to be comfortable around me first. He wants me to meet his parents. He talks about wanting to marry me in the future. Have kids with me and he cannot stop honking about me. He really loves me and I know it. Problem started because he told me him and his soon to be ex are still living together while finalizing divorce. He is trying to get her to stay in that house with the kids while he moves out. I got upset today about it and texted him that it bothers me and I felt insecure and uneasy. He first called and said I have nothing to worry about because I know they are going to be living separate in 2 weeks. Later he texted me saying "I will make it easy...once I have set schedule and not living on same property I reach out to see if you still single and interested in me. Don't want you to worry" at first I responded saying in sorry and I'll wait for you and hope things end well. Then I texted him to call me to talk it out, he didn't answer my call. I texted him a long message after saying I love you and we don't need a break and I'll never let him feel lonely and that I'm there when he's ready to talk..etc. he is going out of country for a week so I won't get to see him or have phone contact and I feel bad we fought before he left. He leaves in two days. He hasn't contacted me back.. will he come back?

P.s: everyone in his family and friends know his marriage is over. No chance of reconciliation
