Aries (or Mars people), do you get careless when emotional?

So I'm just wondering if this is just me or an Aries/Mars maybe even Scorpio phenomenon, but do you ever find yourself so consumed with an emotion that you get reckless and accidentally hurt yourself in the dumbest ways? I notice on my bad days, I'll bruise myself somehow by being careless. Like a huge bruise that could've been avoided. I've hit my shin way too many times using a step ladder and swinging it to and fro.

Then today, I get into a fight with an ex so I'm fuming all day long (Scorpio Mars). My dumbass wasn't watching and I stapled my finger trying to finish work. Like really... It did snap me out of my funk though. And made me realize all the internal anger. Wtfffffuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu. Thank you.

I can relate to what you are saying, I can do some dumb sht when I get angry...meditation is helping me to keep the cool and think twice.

Me perfectly unharm from my anger. But it isn't the same story for my stuffs around me (doors, cabin doors, ... anything I can slam loudly 😂) Actually I'm often hurt myself when I get lost in my own mind and then realize my fingers is bleeding or bruises here n there when I change my clothes 🙌
