What are your ascendant signs— And do you tend to attract people/or are attracted to people that have qualities of this sign?

i'm a scorpio ascendant...and yeah, i attract scorpios like dung beetles to a freakin' cow patty! (me being the cow patty that is, lol.)

Libra-ascendant!

Oh and you need to look out for your descendant-person!
You need to attrackt the opposite sign of your ascendant-sign!

i'm not sure which one is my ascendant sign, it's either virgo or libra but my friend thinks its libra. hmmm...

i have 3 close friends that are libra and 1 ex libra lover
and i have 2 close friends that are virgo and... 2 virgo parents AHHHH!!!!

Taurus ascendant, and I'm pretty cool with Earth signs. A few of my good buddies happen Capricorns, as well as my sister and she's cool and cheery most times.

hrmmm... my rising sign is gemini and ya there's a friendly attraction. the geminis i've known are a bunch of fun to flirt with. guy or girl ...constant laughs. but i wouldn't really say i'm attracted to them or that i attract them.

I haven't noticed a specific pattern.

scorpio ascendent here.yes i do have a lot of scorpio friends and relatives.so i can say i attract them in droves.

Scorpio Ascendant. My best girlfriends are Leo, Sag, & Gemini. I seem to attract men from all signs.

Mine is Pisces but I don't really attract water signs mostly earth and air... however I do attract a lot of needy people and thats all around the zodiac especially men theyre always in a rut...and in need of some support mostly emotional and spiritual... they need compassion... Damn Pisces in my chart!!!... So I guess I do attract according to my rising...hmmm.... now I just need to figure how to put it to good use i suppose.

I have Cap rising. I dated a Cap for seven year, probably won't try it again. I also married a Cancer (my descendant / the opposite of my ascendant), and again, probably won't try that again.

Friend-wise, I tend to be attracted to Scorpios, Sags, and air signs the best. Not necessarily inconsistent with my chart (Scorp sun, lots of Sag, Gem moon)...

I appreciate earth signs for their intelligence and down-to-earth nature (no doubt, because of my ascendant), but have found that after a time, earth sun signs tend to bore me and be a bit too rigid in too many aspects of life. I don't like the feeling that my head, or my feet, is / are getting buried in the sand.

Taurus rising here and I do attract a lot of Tauruses. I get along with them alright, and earth signs in general. My chart is primarily Air and Earth with a Water and Fire thrown in the mix.

Most of my friends are Air and Earth signs, and the most common sign is Taurus. With a couple of Sag's mixed in.

Virgo Rising, and I tend to attract and are attracted to Virgo, Caps & Scorpios.

I have a Libra Ascendant but I attract and I'm attracted to Earth signs. I like the stability. I like Libras too but they can sometimes be too indecisive.

Aquarius ascendant (Pisces sun) - hubby is an Aqua (with Scorpio moon - Mmmmm); ex is a Libra (what a disaster); long time friends 2 x Gemini (we talk for hours).

Mine is Aquarius...but i only have 1 water bearer friend..i am more drawn to taurus and pisces...

This all gets kooky after awhile. I had L. Goodman's Sun Signs, and other books for a long time and referred to them constantly. Then it got to be so dang annoying. Anyway, my rising is Leo. In another post someone said that we should go for our opposites (in the rising sign).
For my sun sign, that would be cappie. I hung around cap's, one of my best girlfriends for years is a cap. but dating one- hell no (unless Elvis is an option, which he's not). I chose an Aries over a Cap. (they were roommates). Then my opposite Ascendant would be Aquarius. My moon is in Aquarius. I was attracted to one- but they are either to dang out there for my Sun sign mannerisms and too flighty as well. I am most attracted to Aries, Libras are attracted to me- everyone else is an either or. I am a real mix up based upon the fire/air signs of potentials sooner or later conflict with my more emotional cancer sun sign. Its difficult.

My rising's in Capricorn, and I attract all signs equally, but I have more powerful connections with Fire, and Wind....can't say why, my girlfriend is a Sag.
