I was going to say:

America - Cancer
Generally goofy, the world is mostly out to get them, sometimes completely out of touch from reality, government is manipulative and sly and evil

France - Libra
Reasons: everything about it exudes beauty and superficial

England - Capricorn
Reason: Stiff upper lip, generally reserved, trying to do the right thing by everyone (supposedly), using resources to get ahead

Middle East - Scorpio
Reasons: it's either one extreme or another with them, pretty emotional folk, no unity, they like to go it alone..lol

Africa: Pisces
Reasons: Always suffering and being generally trodden on by everyone. Bless their hearts

Can't think of any others right now..

I was going to write Aries for UK simply on the basis that they are great at starting a project but crap at finishing it...but they don't have the gung ho attitude of an Aries..so they fail on that...

lol @ australia being Sagitarius..hahah

La x 4: "Have you noticed that there are more Water sign born people in asian countries and earth sign born in western countries?"

How could you possibly know that?

But tis true to some extent..apparantly the "asian" countries are emotional..or should I say expressive..I read that somewhere..

I'm just interested of the pattern really.

"apparantly the "asian" countries are emotional"

If ever that's accurate then it's easy to presume that asian people won't be good leaders!

See the reason why I'm pretty interested of the distribution of different signs?

Japan is definitely scorpio, one only needs to see a japnanese go sepppuku and thier ultra competitive behavior
China-Capircorn/aries (either one way or the other) but defiiately cardinal
India-Libra I think
United Sates-Leo
Russia-This is hard to rtype, but i would assign a sagittarius
Israel-I don't know this one., but whatever sign is a biggest dick gets this one

The mosrt aggressive warmongering countries goes to aries, scorpio. saigttarius.
Countries that favor wealth and srtablity goes to earth signs and leo but particularly taurus and capricorn
countries that like to play the middleman goes to libra

it is much easier to classify fixed sign countries from cardinal and mutable sign countries.

"India-Libra I think"

Possibly-more because Indian polity still embraces the Gandhian philosophy( in words i.e.)
As people who constitute the nation - Indians are clever, opportunistic, buisness-minded, moderately ethical, caught between modernity and traditional, cautious, steadfast yet not very resolute.

Palestine and Israel, both wrong...and just an example: that palestine doctor?s house case. "There was a man with a rocket laucher in roof", israel justified, "so the thank fired". !!!!! so we have a man and thank, the thank fires and destroy all building and kill many ppl inside!! typical Aries

Acrtually I am not really sure about my home country.

My country always is heavily cap oriented
Becausew China always place emphasis on auyhority respecyt and has a hard working ethic.
The people of china always valued hard labior and use labopr intensive work to get anything done. Many people struggled with their bared hands to move mountains and crave out a future of prosperity without help from any technology.

>>I was just about to add that Xun, I've always thought of the U.S. as aqua not cancer... cancer is too wimpy.

What your sensing is the MOON sign of the US, which is Aquarius.

Cancer Sun - the US is seen as the strong, protective motherland, which i find on-par.

Expansive Jupiter is also in Cancer - homeland in house 7-national relations. (Likely to gain power & prestige through partnerships. Though there may be over generosity, extending one's hand (resources, time, people) INTO the wrong hands, and conversely their own hands in everyone else's pot..

And though her hand (US's) reaches out, she can be victimized by unscrupulous or selfish motives on the parts of others (eg. foreign terrorism). (Saturn in the 11th)

----
Midheaven in Libra, to me fits the bill too, for the nation's (public) drive/image of peacemaker..

10th House Neptune - high aspirations/idealism (always believing); also shows alot of talent in a creative way, aka (Hollywood, film industry, admiration/obsession with movies stars, glamour, etc. etc.)

...Also, The Day of Terror gives a strong argument in favour of the chart with Sagittarius Rising. Pluto, the planet of destruction, transformation, crisis and fundamentalism is within only half a degree of the US Sag. Ascendant. Pluto was last here in the 1750s before the Declaration of Independence, so this really is "unprecedented".

Well in fact every country (and city) is supposed to have a rulership but if I had to suggest my own rulerships for countries here are some I would say:

Virgo: Japan (clean/well-organised/hard-working/efficient/shy/kinky)
Scorpio: Russia (secrecy/sneakiness/alcoholism/criminality/ruthlessness)
Sagittarius: the USA (clumsy/energetic/"crusading"); Argentina (gauchos etc./very intellectual); Mongolia (horse culture)
Capricorn: China (highly-structured/hard-working/hard-hearted)
Pisces: Brazil (chaotic/fragmented/kinky); India (chaotic/fragmented); Haiti (chaotic/impractical)
